Simple answer, Yes.
If you upgrafe, we simply pro-rate the difference between the two plans and invoice you for that amount.For example if you move from a plan that costs $10 to a plan that costs $20, 10 days before the due date, you will pay:
20(new plan) - 10(old plan) / 30 * 10(days left) = $3.33
If you downgrade you will not however be refunded for the current month, you will just start getting billed less from your next payment.
There are no extra charges, like "setup charges" for upgrading/downgrading your account.
