Problem

This could either be that your domain is not resolving to our servers (it has not propagated yet) or that your firewall settings do not allow ACTIVE FTP connection and your FTP client is trying to use that.

Solution

One of the main reasons for failed FTP logins is not connecting in passive mode. Try this first before you submit your ticket to support.
